Tools available

• wa_status(staff?) — check connection state of all 4 WA Web instances or one specific staff (port_listening, logged_in, unread count)
• wa_read_chats(staff, limit?, unread_only?) — list recent chats from a staff's WA Web (name, timestamp, last-message preview, unread count, pinned)
